Cloud Hotel Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai

My stay at Cloud Hotel was mixed. While the location was convenient for exploring the Saturday Walking Street and the city center, I found the room to be a bit run-down with some cleanliness issues. However, the service, especially from Bee at the front desk, really made my experience better. She helped me plan my activities, and I felt right at home during my visit.

My stay at Cloud Hotel in Chiang Mai was relaxing and enjoyable, with a really chill atmosphere. The dorm was air-conditioned, which was a good surprise, though the bathroom could use a bit more attention due to the high traffic. Overall, I feel like I got great value for the price, especially with the discount I had, but the wifi was pretty weak at times.

I had a great time at Cloud Hotel in Chiang Mai, especially enjoying the fantastic value of the dormitory beds, which were both comfortable and budget-friendly. However, I did experience some noise issues and had a couple of minor hiccups with the room cleanliness. Overall, I left with fond memories of my stay, largely thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff.

I really enjoyed my week at Cloud Hotel! The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay feel welcoming. The dorm was basic but had A/C, and I absolutely loved the outdoor courtyard which was great for relaxing and meeting people. However, there were some downsides, like a broken shower head holder and a few maintenance issues in the room. Overall, I’d definitely consider staying here again if I return to Chiang Mai!
